SPECIFICATIONS
SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES
General Policy: Sponsorship in the Noise is subject to approval by the publisher. Sponsorships must conform to the general guidelines set forth by the Noise.
Design & Production: Basic design services are complimentary, including layout, typesetting, translation of graphics, and photography. Original artwork and logo design are also available at an additional charge. Graphics for sponsorships must be saved as psd/tif/jpg/pdf/eps in CMYK or grayscale at 300dpi. They may be burned to CD and mailed via USPS, emailed (ads@thenoise.us), or uploaded to our ftp site.
Payment: Money owed for sponsorship is anticipated before publication date and a donation record will serve as receipt. We accept check, money order, or payment via paypal on all sponsorship.
Distribution: The Noise is distributed at more than 300 high traffic locations in 7 cities throughout Northern Arizona, including Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott, and Winslow. Total circulation per edition: 28,000.
Proofing Policy: Following design completion, the sponsor will receive a proof via email, fax, or in person. The sponsor is responsible for making all necessary changes such as spelling, prices, and general copy layout. If corrections need be made, they must be submitted by email, telephone, or in person before deadline in order to be amended. If error is made in the final run due to the Noise, the Noise will only be liable to the sponsor for a reprint of the sponsorship.
Sales Tax: No city or state sales tax is added in the publication of any sponsorship.

All ads must be created at 300dpi to achieve maximum clarity in reproduction. Ads resized from 72dpi will not be accepted and must be reset, either by the sponsor or by the Noise.
SEASONAL SPECIALS
The Noise offers advertising rate specials every quarter to better accommodate our clientele. For the winter season, which ends March 20, we are offering two sizes at a discounted rate:

Eighth Page Wide: $75 B&W— $150 Full Color

MAKE A PAYMENT
If you wish to purchase an advertisement electronically with a secure PayPal transaction, simply select the appropriate size and indicate either full color or black & white. Please be sure we receive all artwork by the 20th of the previous month to publication.
